Our client is now looking for development engineers who want to drive innovation and efficiency in chromatography. About the positionAs a development engineer, you will plan, execute, and document pilot trials in an industrial environment, test products and processes on new equipment, and initiate and implement smaller investment projects within equipment at our client.
About youFormal qualificationsWe are looking for someone with a master's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or physics engineering.
You have at least 10 years of experience in the process industry and are accustomed to conducting pilot trials in industrial environments.
You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
The role requires you to be both practically and administratively inclined and able to switch between office work and practical tasks.
It is advantageous if you have experience in resin manufacturing, work at Cytiva, or process intensification.
Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma is also valuable.
We seek candidates who are self-driven, results-oriented, and curious, and who thrive in both practical and administrative tasks.
Experience in improving manufacturing processes is particularly appreciated.
